Brittny provides advice and counsel to clients on employment and privacy issues, conducts workplace investigations, performs litigation services, and presents employee trainings on workplace harassment, diversity, and privacy issues. Brittny has experience advising nonprofit organizations on employment matters, regulatory compliance issues, and general legal questions. She also has civil defense litigation experience, including conducting investigations, taking and defending depositions, and representing clients in mediation and trial proceedings. Brittny is a graduate of the AWI's Training Institute for Workplace Investigators and an AWI Certificate Holder (AWI-CH).
Previously, Brittny was in-house counsel for Texas Children’s Hospital, an associate at Mayor Day Caldwell & Keeton, and briefing attorney for Justice Craig T. Enoch at the Supreme Court of Texas.
Brittny spends her non-working hours attending live theater, hiking the Presidio trails, listening to podcasts (some legal-related, some not), and creating a sense of community with the people around her. Read Brittny’s Profile of Joy here.
