MLG trains employees on skillfully resolving disputes with co-workers through teaching the fundamentals of conflict, and impactful listening and speaking. Many employees are simply unskilled in how to speak so that others can hear them, or how to listen in a way that makes their speaker feel heard. Often improving these two skills, in and of themselves, resolve long-standing impasses between parties. MLG can also prepare employees within a company to become ongoing facilitators of conflict-resolution for their organization.
