Jenny specializes in employment and labor law, specifically advising employers on a multitude of labor and employment issues such as termination, employee handbooks, leaves of absence, disability accommodations, performance management, employee classification, wage and hour issues, social media policies, and compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. Jenny conducts workplace investigations and workplace trainings on many different topics.
Jenny has represented employers in litigation regarding discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and trade secrets. In addition, she has advised companies regarding labor and employment issues arising in mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Maier Law Group, Jenny worked as an associate in the employment litigation practice groups of four different top international firms, including Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, Norton Rose Fulbright, and Fenwick & West.
