Megan has litigated a variety of employment matters and has a passion for defending and investigating employment discrimination and harassment claims. In addition to representing employers in litigation matters, Megan has provided advice and counsel to employers regarding compliance issues, including handbook policies, terminations, reductions in force, meal and rest periods, workplace postings, reimbursement of business expenses, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, and employee privacy. Megan also conducts workplace investigations and facilitates negotiation workshops.
Megan's experience includes working for Miller Law Group and Allen Matkins. Megan is also a trained mediator. Megan has taught Employment Law and Negotiation at Golden Gate University School of Law and is an Associate Professor of Legal Writing at USF School of Law, where she teaches American Legal Systems, Negotiation and Legal Research, Writing and Analysis.
Beyond the law, Megan is passionate about issues affecting public education and spends her free time volunteering in local schools, serving on the Dixie District School Board, and enjoying nature.
