SENIOR COUNSEL
Kellie is an attorney and workplace investigator who brings a broad business background to her law practice. Kellie has worked as both in-house and outside counsel in the San Francisco Bay Area and in San Diego.
As a workplace investigator, she helps employers assess the basis of employee disputes and conducts investigations involving data privacy and information security. She strives to be part of the solution and help clients avoid future conflicts. She also helps clients understand the risk and legal requirements under data protection laws, most recently managing the privacy program for a Fortune 500 company.
When she is not at work, you can find Kellie reading, cooking, hiking, skiing, walking her dog, and enjoying live music (especially jazz). She is also passionate about her pro bono work representing immigrants seeking asylum in the U.S.
