Molly leads legal operations at Maier Law Group, where she keeps the firm running smoothly behind the scenes. Her path into the field has been anything but linear—from journalism and Big Tech, to high-growth startups and mission-driven nonprofits. The turning point came while leading the HR function for a meditation retreat center nestled 8,000 feet in the Rocky Mountains, where she found a passion for turning organizational chaos into functional systems. This sparked a shift toward process architecture and operational design, which she now brings to Maier Law Group as its operational anchor. Here, she owns workflow optimization, client experience, contract and billing lifecycles, vendor and tooling management, process documentation, and cross-functional project delivery. Fueled by a love of spreadsheets and a master's in Organizational Leadership, she is ultimately committed to building efficient, resilient organizations from the inside out.
Outside of work, she stays busy with family, friends, and a street cat named Lulu. You might find her running through the Oakland hills, capturing moments on a new camera, catching live music, picking up a new hobby, or planning her next adventure—with plenty of books, podcasts, and meditation woven throughout.
