Molly is truly passionate about building efficient and thriving organizations. From journalism to the Genius Bar and startups to nonprofits, her career path has been anything but boring. Her pivotal career shift came after running the HR department of a meditation retreat center in the Rocky Mountains. This hands-on experience ignited a passion for organizational development, and MLG has provided the perfect environment to leverage her diverse skillsets. Fueled by a self-taught foundation, an insatiable curiosity about the human condition, and a master's degree, Molly now focuses on business development projects, cultivating partnerships, and scaling operational effectiveness from within.
Outside of work, she enjoys an active life with her family, friends, and animals. You might find her running through the Oakland hills, capturing moments on a new camera, catching live music, exploring new hobbies, or planning adventures, with lots of books, podcasts, and meditation sprinkled throughout her days.
