Molly is a systems-oriented operations whiz with an eclectic career background. Her pivotal career shift came after learning to run the HR department of a meditation retreat center in the Rocky Mountains. Molly took her self-taught HR experience and pursued a master’s in organizational development, and she shifted her professional focus to scaling efficiency and improving organizations from the inside out. She believes in the power and efficacy of a well-functioning workplace, and never underestimates the value of cultivating authentic connections.
Molly manages business development projects and supports firm operations for MLG. When she's not working, you'll find her with family and friends and animals, running through the Oakland hills, taking pictures, catching live music, researching her latest hobby, meditating, or planning adventures.
