We collect information from you when you contact us through our website contact form, email address, or phone number and relay whatever information you choose to provide.  We will not ask for your Social Security number or state driver’s license number, nor any sensitive personal and financial information, so please do not submit such information. Please consider that the attorney-client privilege does not necessarily apply until we set up an attorney-client agreement. Please use care when sending things over the Internet, as email can be intercepted.

Our website hosting provider, SquareSpace, and our analytics provider, Google Analytics, use cookies and track details of your visits to our website, including but not limited to, traffic data, location data, web server logs and other communication data, and the resources you use, as well as information about your computer and internet connection, including your unique Internet Protocol (IP) address, your Internet service provider, the web page from which you arrived at our website, the pages you viewed on our website, and the searches you conducted through our website. Maier Law Group intends to fully comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly collect information from children under age 13, and if we inadvertently were to collect such information, it would be immediately deleted.

As stated above, some our service providers do use cookies. 

Maier Law Group's website currently does not respond to such Do Not Track signals.
