Building Thriving Workplaces
for Innovative Employers
Maier Law Group was founded upon the radical idea that the workplace could be the means for effective social and personal change, one happy employee at a time.
At MLG, we practice preventative employment law in the best sense of the phrase: partnering with our clients to eliminate problems in the workplace and laying the foundation for creating a workforce that implicitly trusts its employer and colleagues.
We do this via our key offerings: Advising employers relating to all HR situations, investigating workplace complaints, coaching employees who need to refine their leadership skills, and mediating. We mediate both within the workplace when employees are entrenched in conflict, as well as offer more traditional mediation services to parties wishing to resolve a legal dispute without trial.
“We are so thankful to Maier Law Group! It’s obvious the firms’ attorneys deeply care about the well-being of our company and are passionate about the work they do.”
“Simply put: responsive, effective and easy to work with.”
