Workplace Trainings

Online and in-person workplace training

Good trainings serve many purposes, from fulfilling California legal requirements to teaching employees how to have difficult conversations with a colleague. In any case, the impact on the workplace is often exponential. Just one example is the way training on communication often makes the difference between a caustic culture wherein gossip is the norm, to a workplace where there is trust that difficult conversations can enhance rather than detract from relationships. As employees learn to communicate better, they see that instead of venting to third-parties, they demonstrate respect to their colleagues when they speak to them first-hand about conflict. Other trainings on topics such as diversity, professionalism, preventing sexual harassment, and managing employees all reduce employee lawsuits and dissatisfaction, while establishing employer compliance with its training obligations.

Whatever the training, MLG leaves employees feeling that they just learned valuable information and skills that will serve them for a long time to come.
