OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Suji trained as a writer prior to joining MLG. She worked for many years in marketing and advertising in Southeast Asia and in the course of those professional adventures, discovered a passion for design and back-office operations and organization.
As Operations Director, Suji ensures that our practice management systems run smoothly. She manages multiple roles in the daily business operations of the firm, working closely with the attorneys and project manager to craft new systems that lead to more reliable and timely customer service. She coordinates administrative tasks, takes care of invoicing, troubleshoots technical issues, and oversees various projects. She also helps design and disseminate our marketing materials. Suji is an avid editor at heart and finds immense joy in finalizing and formatting our workplace investigation reports.
When she is not giving in to the whims of her rescued fur babies, Suji enjoys hiking in the beautiful Oakland hills redwood forests, working out, creating and tending to her plant terrariums, singing, experimenting with interior design, and running support groups for her various communities.
