SENIOR COUNSEL
Kristi represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical and Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, Fair Employment and Housing Act, and Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act. Kristi’s professional experience at Jones Day and Petit Kohn includes discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, misclassification, trade secrets, and employment contract issues. Kristi also provides counseling services involving compliance issues, terminations, employee handbooks and related policies, wage and hour compliance, and internal investigations.
When not working, Kristi is typically chasing one of three children while spending as much time as possible outdoors. She’s an avid tennis player, hiker, skier and fan of her hometown teams, the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals. Kristi holds an Ivy League championship in tennis and two national Father-Daughter tennis titles.
