Robyn works closely with employers to address workplace concerns through neutral investigations, conflict resolution facilitation and staff training. She has deep internal experience ranging from tech and international workforces to unionized work environments.
Robyn honed her investigation skills over more than 15 years while conducting internal investigations and growing investigations teams. She has completed the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) Training Institute and is an AWI Certificate Holder (AWI-CH). Her conflict resolution practice is built on her training from the Mediation Offices of Steven Rosenberg. She has facilitated internal sessions and created a conflict resolution process for non-represented employees at a national health care provider.
Robyn’s experience includes leading internal investigations at Google-X and at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan. She has conducted external investigations for dental services providers, a regional janitorial service corporation and two national volunteer organizations. She practiced labor and employment law at the United States Postal Service and a boutique SF/NY labor and employment law firm.
When she isn’t working, Robyn enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, exploring new foods, and visiting family in Hawaii.
